Made from hand cut birch plywood and painted with acrylic and wax crayon. A fixative has been applied to prevent smudging, but please handle with care.
Measures: 12 x 2.75 x 1.5”
Backside is unfinished.
Mounting: the backside features a wide hole you can use to hang from a casing/finishing nail (or any nail that has a small head) so it can sit flush against the wall.
This ongoing body of work celebrates the little occasions in between the big ones. Those every day moments where we are simply existing and finding joy in that simplicity. For me, these moments often center around favorite snacks, fresh produce, gathered flowers, and picnics.
